SAO MAI GROUP PARTY COMMITTEE ORGANIZES A STUDY SESSION ON THE 13TH PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE'S 5TH PLENUM RESOLUTION

On October 1, 2022, at the Sao Mai Group Conference Hall, the Party Committee of Sao Mai Group held a conference to study, disseminate, and implement the resolutions of the 5th Plenum of the 13th Central Committee. Attendees included Comrade Thái Minh Hiển - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Agencies and Enterprises Bloc of An Giang Province; Comrade Lê Thị Nguyệt Thu - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of Sao Mai Group; Comrade Nguyễn Văn Quang - Chairman of Sao Mai Group's Trade Union, and 150 Party members from the group's Party Committee.

Mr. Thai Minh Hien, Secretary of the Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises in An Giang Province, introduced the core contents of the 13th Party Central Committee's 5th Plenum Resolution to the Sao Mai party members.

During the conference, Comrade Thái Minh Hiển introduced the core content of the Resolutions of the 5th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee, which consists of four key resolutions: Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on continuing to reform and improve the institution, policies, and effectiveness of land management and use to drive the country toward high-income status; Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW on agriculture, farmers, and rural development by 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW on continuing to reform, develop, and enhance the effectiveness of the collective economy in the new era; and Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW on strengthening, consolidating, and building grassroots Party organizations and improving the quality of Party members in the new period. Comrade Thái Minh Hiển emphasized the importance of these resolutions, the Party's guiding principles, goals, and solutions for bringing the resolutions into life.

Through studying, disseminating, and implementing the resolutions of the 5th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee, party members of Sao Mai Group have gained a deeper understanding of the fundamental viewpoints and orientations on land management and use, agriculture, rural areas, farmers, the collective economy, building party organizations, and improving the quality of party members. Based on this, they will concretize and implement assigned tasks, contributing to socio-economic development, ensuring national security and defense, and building a clean and strong Party and political system.
