INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI) (FOR EOI TO PURCHASE ELECTRICITY UNDER THE DPPA MECHANISM FROM THE AN GIANG SOLAR POWER PLANT PROJECT - 80 MW CAPACITY)

Dear Interested Enterprises, Organizations, and Electricity Consumers,

Sao Mai Group (the "Project Developer") hereby invites enterprises, organizations, and entities with a demand for renewable energy to participate in discussions and explore cooperation opportunities to purchase electricity under the Direct Power Purchase Agreement (DPPA) mechanism from the An Giang Solar Power Plant Project – 80 MW Capacity (the "Project").
The Project is being developed to provide a clean, stable, and sustainable source of electricity, supporting the growing demand for renewable energy within the business community while contributing to greenhouse gas emission reduction targets, ESG commitments, and long-term sustainable development goals.

1.  PROJECT OVERVIEW
- Project Name: An Giang Solar Power Plant Project.
- Project Developer: Sao Mai Group.
- Location: Nui Cam Commune, An Giang Province, Vietnam.
- Installed Capacity: 80 MW.
- Product: Renewable electricity generated in accordance with sustainability and carbon emission reduction objectives.
- Cooperation Structure: Electricity trading under the Direct Power Purchase Agreement (DPPA) mechanism in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2.   SCOPE OF INTEREST
The Project Developer welcomes EOIs from organizations and enterprises seeking access to clean energy through the Direct Power Purchase Agreement (DPPA) mechanism, subject to the eligibility requirements under Decree No. 57/2025/ND-CP and other applicable regulations. In addition, partners are expected to satisfy the following basic criteria:
* Have an electricity consumption of 200,000 kWh per month or higher. 
* Be connected to the power grid at a voltage level of 22 kV or above. 
* The Direct Power Purchase Agreement (DPPA) to be entered into by the two parties is expected to have a minimum term of ten (10) years.

3.  ENEFITS FOR PARTNERS

4.  INFORMATION TO BE PROVIDED
Interested parties are invited to submit EOIs including, but not limited to, the following information:
- Company/organization profile.
- Expected electricity consumption demand.
- Location/area of the factory or electricity-consuming entity.
- Expected timeline for cooperation implementation.
- The company's financial capability.
- Any requirements or proposals regarding the DPPA mechanism.
- Contact details of the responsible representative.
