THANH HOA PROVINCIAL LEADERSHIP DELEGATION VISITS AND WORKS WITH SAO MAI GROUP

On March 17–18, 2026, the delegation of the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, led by Comrade Nguyen Doan Anh – Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, visited and worked with Sao Mai Group in Long Xuyen Ward, An Giang Province. Joining the delegation were leaders of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, along with representatives of departments, agencies, sectors, and localities of Thanh Hoa Province.

The visit and working session took place in a solemn and open atmosphere, demonstrating the interest of Thanh Hoa Province's leaders in the investment, production, and business activities of Sao Mai Group, while also serving as an opportunity for the two sides to discuss cooperation orientations in the coming period.

At the working session, leaders of Thanh Hoa Province acknowledged and highly appreciated Sao Mai Group's contributions to local socio-economic development in recent times. As a multi-industry enterprise, Sao Mai has gradually affirmed its investment capacity, implementing many projects aligned with the locality's development orientation, contributing to job creation, promoting production and business, and contributing to overall growth.

In addition to acknowledging the achieved results, leaders of Thanh Hoa Province also discussed with the Group the orientation for expanding cooperation and promoting investment projects in the coming time. This is a significant content, contributing to strengthening the connection between the locality and the enterprise, aiming to effectively exploit the potential and advantages of each side in the development process.

Representatives of Sao Mai Group provided general information about its operational situation as well as its investment strategy for the 2026–2030 period. Accordingly, the Group continues its orientation of accompanying the development of Thanh Hoa Province by researching and expanding investment in areas suitable to the enterprise's capacity and the practical needs of the locality.

Within the framework of the program, the delegation of the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee surveyed several typical projects of Sao Mai Group in An Giang and Dong Thap. The destinations focused on areas where the Group is operating and promoting its strengths, such as renewable energy, tourism, and seafood processing.

The field survey activities helped the delegation gain more information about the investment scale, operational models, and development orientations of the enterprise in the Mekong Delta region. At the same time, this is also the basis for strengthening exchange, connection, and expanding cooperation opportunities in the future.

The visit and working session of the Standing Committee of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee at Sao Mai Group not only contributed to consolidating the relationship between the locality and the enterprise but also opened up many new prospects in investment promotion and sustainable development. With a spirit of cooperation, companionship, and sharing of development vision, both sides expect to continue making more effective connection steps in the next phase.
