In 2021, Sao Mai Group recorded 11,398 billion VND in net revenue and 703 billion VND in post-tax profit, a 23% increase. Based on these results, the Board of Directors proposed a 15% cash dividend for 2021, equivalent to 504.7 billion VND, expected to be paid in the second or third quarter of 2022.

For 2022, Sao Mai Group aims for a significant breakthrough in its business plan, targeting 14,700 billion VND in net revenue, a 29% increase from 2021, and 1,630 billion VND in post-tax profit, 2.3 times higher than 2021. The proposed dividend payout ratio for 2022 is 20-30%.

On April 9, 2022, at the Long Xuyên Conference Center – Hotel, in Long Xuyên City, An Giang Province, the Board of Directors of Sao Mai Group presented and received approval for the aforementioned targets. Additionally, Sao Mai will issue 168.2 million shares to current shareholders at a price of 12,000 VND/share, aiming to raise 2,019 billion VND. These funds will be used for the Group’s business activities, specifically: contributing 253 billion VND to An Giang Tourism Development JSC, 77 billion VND to An Giang Tourism JSC, 69 billion VND to Đồng Tháp Tourism JSC, and 1,616 billion VND for working capital.
