On the morning of November 6th, at the Vam Cong Industrial Complex (An Thanh Hamlet, Lap Vo Commune, Dong Thap Province), Sao Mai Group warmly welcomed a delegation of lecturers and students from the Marketing department of the School of Economics – Can Tho University, for a practical learning and field study tour. This is one of the meaningful activities aimed at connecting academia with industrial practice, giving students the opportunity to get a closer look at the operations of a leading enterprise in Vietnam's seafood industry.
Here, the delegation was introduced by the Plant Management Board of the Vam Cong Industrial Complex to Sao Mai Group's integrated seafood production model – a complete value chain, from breeding and farming, to processing and producing value-added product lines for both domestic and international markets.

The delegation of lecturers and students had the opportunity to directly visit several modern plants within the Industrial Complex, such as: the aquatic feed processing plant, the pangasius export processing plant, the high-grade cooking oil refinery (100% from fish), and the plant for producing by-products like fish meal and fish fat. Each stop was a vivid, practical lesson, where students could witness professional operational processes, advanced technology lines, and how Sao Mai implements its sustainable and eco-friendly production model.

In a friendly and open atmosphere, representatives from Sao Mai Group's leadership shared valuable insights into the development vision, core values, and sustainability philosophy that the Group has pursued for nearly three decades. Sao Mai's leadership emphasized: "Corporate development is not just about expanding scale or profit, but also about the mission of creating value for the community and developing young human resources – those who will continue the journey of building and innovating the nation."
These sincere, open, and passionate sharings provided the students with valuable lessons on corporate governance, brand orientation, and organizational culture – the factors that constitute the success of a leading multi-disciplinary conglomerate in Vietnam.
