SAO MAI GROUP BREAKS GROUND ON SAO MAI THANH HOA RESORT PROJECT

Attending the groundbreaking ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Dinh Xung, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee: Nguyen Van Hung, Head of the Provincial Organization Committee; Le Quang Hung, Head of the Provincial Inspection Committee; Dao Xuan Yen, Head of the Provincial Propaganda Committee; Nguyen Van Thi, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Le Thanh Thuan, General Director of Sao Mai Group; representatives of provincial departments and agencies; representatives of leaders of some districts, towns, and cities in the province, along with the Group's partners and customers.

Sao Mai Thanh Hoa Resort has a unique architecture.

The Sao Mai Thanh Hoa Resort project is being invested and built on a total area of nearly 54 hectares, with a total investment of 1,400 billion VND, serving 1,200 guests. Located less than 10km from Tho Xuan Airport and about 1.5km from the Lam Kinh Special National Relic Site, the project is situated in a very convenient location for the development of high-class tourism, commerce, and resorts. According to the plan, Sao Mai Thanh Hoa Resort will be constructed in two phases, including items such as: Meditation Hill, Ngọc Island, Kim Cuong Island, villa area, event center, music fountain system, underground bungalow chain, mountainside bungalow, lake-floating bungalow, mud bath and mineral bath area... Among them, Ngọc Island will be a recreational area, completely separate from other functional areas.

This place will be formed with the nature experience characteristic with different themes, high-class commercial and shopping areas, entertainment areas (music fountain, nightclub), healthcare services... A special highlight of the project is in the lake area, where Sao Mai Group is building an overflow drainage system to keep the water level in the lake balanced, and this is also a very unique check-in point for tourists.

Preserving and promoting the unique cultural values with a strong historical imprint, the Sao Mai Thanh Hoa Resort project, when put into operation, will create a strong driving force to promote the exploitation of tourism potential in Thanh Hoa province; at the same time, contributing to creating stable and long-term jobs for many local laborers, increasing revenue for the budget, and contributing to changing the socio-economic face of the locality.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thi, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, said that the groundbreaking ceremony of the Sao Mai Thanh Hoa Resort project is a significant event, aiming to gradually concretize Resolution No. 10-NQ/TU dated January 10, 2022, of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on building and developing Tho Xuan district until 2030, with a vision to 2045, to soon turn Tho Xuan district into a town before 2030, an important driving force, contributing to making Thanh Hoa a new growth pole in the North of the country. The project's groundbreaking is the result of careful preparation and research by the investor; the efforts of various sectors and levels, and the consensus and support of the local people. On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Nguyen Van Thi thanked and appreciated the cooperation of Sao Mai Group in choosing Thanh Hoa province to invest in this important project.

To reciprocate the investor's trust, he requested that all levels, sectors, especially the Tho Xuan District Party Committee and People's Committee; the party committee, government, mass organizations, and people in the project area must accompany and cooperate well with the investor and contractor to promptly resolve or propose solutions to difficulties and obstacles during the project implementation process with the highest responsibility; ensure good security, order, and social safety, and create all conditions for the investor to implement the project smoothly, on schedule, and soon complete and put the project into operation.

He requested that Sao Mai Group focus on maximizing financial resources, human resources, equipment, and machinery to implement construction to ensure the committed progress, absolute labor safety, and environmental hygiene. Mr. Nguyen Van Thi believes that with the prestige and experience of Sao Mai Group, along with the support and companionship of the party committee, government at all levels, and local people, the investor will implement the project safely with the fastest progress and highest quality to give Tho Xuan a worthy accommodation area, contributing to developing and exploiting the potential of the district's relics and landscapes.
