As one of the first non-state-owned enterprises in Vietnam, Sao Mai has been accompanying the province's socio-economic development for over 25 years, achieving success in various fields such as real estate, seafood, construction, finance, services-tourism, and renewable energy. The company has made significant contributions to the state budget, created thousands of jobs for workers, and actively participated in social activities. The foundation of these outstanding achievements is attributed to human resources. As a result, a wide range of policies to protect the rights of employees has become a top priority at Sao Mai.
For many years (even before, during, and after the Covid-19 pandemic), alongside business development, Sao Mai Group has proactively implemented policies to care for its staff. Currently, over 12,000 workers are employed across its subsidiaries, all of whom benefit from comprehensive policies and welfare programs, including health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance, and professional training courses. With an average salary ranging from VND 6 million to VND 30 million per month, Sao Mai has helped thousands of workers achieve greater stability in their lives.

In addition, to provide employees with housing and peace of mind, the Group has implemented a preferential land sale policy for employees since 2014. Furthermore, the company has organized a collective canteen to serve employees during lunch and breaks. On holidays and festivals, Sao Mai also offers gifts and organizes recreational activities for employees to foster a strong bond between the business and its workforce. Thanks to these efforts, the number of employees has increased over the years, and they consider Sao Mai as their second home.
