• At the time of the sales launch, the Company will offer excellent incentives to customers. The following are the general policies currently applied to real estate projects under Sao Mai Group:

• The developer offers flexible payment options for property purchases, as follows:

  • Payment schedule with multiple installments.

  • Option for direct installment payments with the developer for a term of up to 5 years.

  • Bank loan support available for up to 80% of the plot value with preferential interest rates.

• The Company assists with the handover of plot boundary markers upon fulfillment of payment conditions as stipulated in the contract.
