NEW URBAN AREA ON VO NGUYEN GIAP ROAD, WARD IV, VI THANH CITY

Vi Thanh City, a type II urban area in Hau Giang province, is the economic center of the province. The urbanization process of Vi Thanh City has been developing rapidly, especially in Ward IV. In recent years, this area has experienced a significant population increase, and with the presence of the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee administrative center, the demand for a fully equipped residential area with comprehensive public services and technical infrastructure to increase the city's residential land supply has surged.

With the goal of constructing a fully integrated technical infrastructure system, efficiently utilize available land resources, and meet the housing and land needs of all demographics. This will contribute positively to the housing development program of Vị Thanh City in particular and Hậu Giang Province in general.

Moreover, the project aims to implement the approved master plansub-area planning, maximize domestic and foreign investment, especially idle capital, to enhance the land's value and stimulate socio-economic development, benefiting the local population. Developing a detailed plan for the approximately 77.06-hectare site to execute the New Urban Area project Võ Nguyên Giáp Road, in Ward IV, Vị Thanh City, is essential and urgent, this will lay the groundwork for the project's next steps, which include investments in townhouses, villas, social housing, educational and healthcare facilities, also parks and green spaces, aligning with the objectives, land use criteria, and nature of the new urban area.

Ward IV, a densely populated area with significant economic and social development potential, serves as a trading hub for the northern region of the Xa No Canal. The area has experienced rapid population growth, improved living standards, and increased housing investment, making it necessary to develop a detailed plan for this area. This plan will support long-term development, enhance the urban landscape, and improve the quality of life for residents.
