To report on the operations of 2022 and outline development goals and leadership structure for 2023, Astar Financial Investment and Consulting Corporation held a Staff seminar & Introduction of the company's new CEO at 2:00 PM on May 26, 2023, in the conference hall on the 2nd floor of Dong Xuyen Hotel.

The event was attended by Mr. Le Thanh Thuan, Chairman of the Advisory & Development Board of Sao Mai Group; Mrs. Le Thi Nguyet Thu, Vice Chairwoman of the Advisory Board; Mr. Le Tuan Anh, CEO of Sao Mai Group; Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Deputy CEO of the Group, along with representatives from the Board of Directors, department leaders, and staff from both Sao Mai Group and ASTAR.

The seminar began with a brief report on the company's organizational structure, financial results for 2022, and the production and business plans for 2023 to 2025, presented by Mr. Mai Quang Dang, Standing Deputy CEO of ASTAR. Following that, Mr. Le Nguyen Hoang Anh Duy, the former CEO of ASTAR, gave an emotional speech about transitioning from the role he had been dedicated to for many years and his new responsibilities in a different position. Mr. Le Nguyen Hoang Anh Duy and Mrs. Le Thi Nguyet Thu, Vice Chairwoman of the Advisory & Development Board of Sao Mai Group, also represented the Group’s leadership in presenting commendation certificates and achievement badges to ASTAR’s leadership and staff for their outstanding contributions.

Afterward, Mr. Nguyen Hong Ngu, Human Resources Director, announced the appointment of Mr. Le Thanh Thuan as the new CEO of ASTAR Financial Investment and Consulting Corporation, with enthusiastic support from all attendees.

The conference also featured presentations and feedback from dedicated employees with many years of experience. Mrs. Le Thi Nguyet Thu, Vice Chairwoman of the Advisory & Development Board of Sao Mai Group, shared her insights, followed by heartfelt and inspiring remarks from Mr. Le Thanh Thuan, ASTAR’s newly appointed CEO.
