AN GIANG PROVINCIAL FEDERATION OF LABOR DELEGATION VISITS AND CONGRATULATES SAO MAI GROUP ON VIETNAMESE ENTREPRENEURS DAY

On the morning of October 12th, a delegation from the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor, led by Ms. Phan Thi Diem, Permanent Vice Chairwoman, visited and congratulated Sao Mai Group on the occasion of the 18th Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2022).

Meeting Overview

Welcoming the delegation, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hung, Deputy General Director of Sao Mai Group, provided an update on the company's post-Covid recovery in production and business, as well as efforts to care for the lives of its employees. Alongside striving to revive the economy after the pandemic, the Group has proactively and effectively implemented policies to support its staff. Currently, the Group employs more than 12,000 workers, all of whom earn an average monthly income of 6 to 15 million VND and enjoy benefits such as health insurance, social insurance, and unemployment insurance. Additionally, Sao Mai provides gifts to employees during holidays and festivals, fostering a strong bond between the company and its workers.

Congratulating the Group on its achievements, Ms. Phan Thi Diem, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the An Giang Provincial Federation of Labor, commended the company's efforts in stabilizing production and business and taking care of the welfare of workers. She also highly appreciated Sao Mai's proactiveness, creativity, and ability to overcome challenges to ensure stable employment and income, as well as its implementation of policies and regulations for employees in accordance with the law, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations within the enterprise.
