To encourage employees to actively enhance their skills in line with the company's resource development plan, the company will provide training subsidies for certain employees who demonstrate competence and effectiveness in their work. Specifically, employees included in the training development plan will be subsidized to participate in professional training courses such as management, technical skills, technology, foreign languages, etc., relevant to their current duties or in alignment with the company's employee advancement strategy.
Training can take place domestically or internationally. The subsidy may cover a portion or the entirety of tuition fees, other training-related costs, accommodation, and travel expenses according to the specific course and individual circumstances.
The company and its employees are jointly responsible for complying with the Labor Law and Social Insurance Law regarding Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI).
For certain special positions or employees with over 5 years of service, as well as those who have achieved outstanding performance during the year, the company may approve additional insurance coverage, such as 24/7 accident insurance, as a form of appreciation for the employees.
Employees getting married: 5,000,000 VND per case if the wedding is publicly announced to everyone and invites the company's employees.
If both spouses are employees of the company, each will be entitled to this allowance individually.
In the event of the death of an employee’s parents, parents-in-law, spouse, or children: 2,000,000 VND per case.
In the event of the death of the employee: a minimum of VND 10,000,000 per case, depending on their position.
In addition to the benefits provided by SI and HI, the company will offer the following allowances:
1,000,000 VND per case. If an employee requires hospitalization for treatment, with a hospital bill over 3,000,000 VND, and this is not more than twice a year.
In cases of chronic illness requiring long-term treatment, the company will consider providing additional support based on specific circumstances.
The Human Resources Department is responsible for visiting employees during sickness or health issues.
In addition to the maternity benefits stipulated by SI Law, the company will provide an additional allowance of one basic month's salary to female employees who have worked continuously at the company for at least two years.
Each employee will receive a flower gift (for officially contracted employees).
From Grade C: 2,000,000 VND voucher and 500,000 VND flower arrangement.
From Grade M: 1,500,000 VND voucher and 500,000 VND flower arrangement.
From Grade E and below: 1,000,000 VND voucher.
All employees of the company are entitled to an annual health check-up once a year.
