2. Job Description
Client Prospecting & Development: Proactively search for and approach partners, large corporate clients (B2B), factories, industrial parks, or energy project investors with power trading needs.
Contract Negotiation: Represent the company in consulting, price negotiation, and signing Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) or associated energy services.
Project Presentation: Prepare materials, organize, and directly present power trading solutions and proposals in both Vietnamese and English to the Board of Directors or foreign partners.
Customer Service: Maintain and develop sustainable relationships with existing clients; resolve any issues arising during contract execution.
Market Research: Monitor and update new government policies and regulations on the electricity market (especially the Direct Power Purchase Agreement - DPPA mechanism) to provide timely advice to clients.
3. Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Electrical/Energy Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Renewable Energy, Rooftop Solar Power, or industrial engineering sectors are preferred. (Candidates without experience in the power sector will be trained if they have a strong sales background).
Appearance: Presentable, neat, professional, and confident demeanor (due to the nature of the job requiring frequent meetings with major partners and senior management).
Language: Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking - Reading - Writing). Strong natural communication and situational problem-solving skills in English.
Excellent English presentation skills, logical thinking, and the ability to create smooth and persuasive slides (PowerPoint/Canva).
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under sales pressure and willing to travel for business when required.
