1. Operation & Maintenance Shift Leader

* Job description:
- System Monitoring and Operation
- SCADA Monitoring: Continuously monitor parameters via the SCADA system.
- Performance Control: Track the power output of Inverters, substations, and solar panel strings.
- Power Dispatching: Coordinate with the National Load Dispatch Centers (A1, A2, A3, etc.) to increase or decrease power output according to dispatch orders.
- Logbook Recording: Update operating parameters and hourly power generation into the shift logbook.
- Shift Planning: Assign engineers to conduct periodic equipment inspections during the shift.
- Solar Panel Cleaning: Coordinate solar panel washing activities to optimize sunlight absorption efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Detect, isolate, and direct the rapid repair of electrical faults (overload, short circuit, Inverter failure).
- Equipment Management: Check the readiness of spare parts and backup equipment.

2. Occupational Safety & Fire Prevention, Search and Rescue Manager 

- Safety Supervision: Ensure all employees and contractors comply with electrical safety procedures (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Fire Safety Supervision: Prevent and control fire and explosion risks at the plant.

3. Administrative Manager

- Planning: Reporting and Handover.

* Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics, Industrial Electrical, Automation, etc.
- Age: 22 - 35
- Proficiency in office computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing architectural and/or interior design
