RECRUITMENT: CIVIL ENGINEER

1. Job Description

- Develop architectural and/or interior design drawings for projects based on basic design/construction drawing dossiers.
- Detail construction technical documents (floor plans, cross-sections, structural details, interior details, etc.).
- Coordinate with related disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) to ensure the consistency of the design documents.
- Update and revise drawings as requested by the team leader/lead designer.
- Ensure the progress of document deployment according to the project schedule.

2. Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Age: 22 - 35
- Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in developing architectural and/or interior designs

3. Benefits

- Official salary: 8 - 10 million VND/month (negotiable based on capability, with a salary review after the probation period).
