With an annual investment growth rate consistently in the double digits, new projects continuously emerging, and the need for self-sufficiency in construction consulting activities, Sao Mai needs to promptly meet the company’s development needs. Therefore, since 2004, Sao Mai has established a subsidiary specializing in construction consulting (such as preparing project feasibility study reports, developing planning projects, designing works, supervising construction, measurement, inspection, etc.), now known as the Consulting and Financial Investment Joint Stock Company (ASTAR).

The 19-year journey of formation and development has allowed ASTAR to build a team of over 100 well-trained, experienced architects, engineers, bachelors, and technicians who have grown through the practical experience of large-scale projects within the Group. ASTAR is a crucial partner, handling all construction consulting tasks in most of Sao Mai Group's development investment projects.
